Waruma Dam and Cania Gorge

Travelling from Bundaberg we head towards Mt Perry historic mining township. On the way we came across the 192m long Boolboonda Tunnel. It was excavated in 1883 as part of the Mt Perry Railway line from Bundaberg starting in 1878. The tunnel is now home to a colony of bent-winged bats.
